The hotel had modern rooms, but some signs of previous partying were visible, like dried sick in the bathroom. Despite this, the room was perfect for my daughter and me, with a view of the street with trams. The service, although lacking proper replacements when staff called in sick, was very accommodating. The location was prime despite minor privacy concerns, conveniently close to the CN Tower and vibrant bars and restaurants. The dining experience was amazing, especially at the rooftop lounge. My stay at the hotel was fabulous! The rooms had a nice modern feel, were spacious, and well-appointed, giving me lots of room to relax at the end of the day. However, the hotel could improve on early check-ins/late checkouts for regular customers.
